ALL houses across the Winchester district will now be offered the same waste collection services.
Around 600 homes were previously denied specific features including glass collection.
This is because they are on 'difficult access routes', meaning Biffa have to use a smaller vehicle with less resources to reach their bins.
But at a city council cabinet meeting on June 24, it was announced this would no longer be the case.
Biffa are adding the disadvantaged households to a new scheme that will offer all services.
Leader Cllr Lucille Thompson confirmed this will not cost the city council any more than they already pay to the contracted company.
