SAINTS boss Ralph Hasenhuttl is thrilled to have a full squad to pick from for this weekend’s game against Arsenal.
Cedric, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Ryan Bertrand all missed the defeat to Everton.
Bertrand was unavailable due to a three-game suspension from the red card he picked up against Leicester back in October.
Hasenhuttl said: “Everybody is fit, with a few successful experiences for the players on national team duty.
“It’s good he [Bertrand] is back after the suspension from the Leicester game.
“I have the whole squad to pick from and I can pick an XI that fits perfectly to the shape I want us to play depending on the opponent.”
Hojbjerg had to miss the home tie with Everton due to a concussion but recovered in time to spend the international break with Denmark.
He came on as a 13th minute substitute against the Republic of Ireland to help his national side qualify for Euro 2020.
Defender Jan Bednarek was also on duty for Poland which also saw them qualify for next summer’s tournament.
Hasenhuttl hopes that their success with their national teams will translate into a solid performance for Saints this weekend.
He added: “Jan Bednarek has qualified, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has qualified, and a few others have scored.
“They have had a positive experience and that is good for us.
“They come back with a positive atmosphere and bring it into the team which is good.”
